Meatloaf with Barbecue Glaze

Barbecue Glaze: Combine the barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar together until mixed thoroughly
- Barbecue Glaze:
- 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Meatloaf:
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of seasoned croutons, crushed
- 1/2 cup of sweet yellow onion, minced finely
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp carrot, minced finely
- 2 tbsp celery, minced finely
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350; line a 9X13-inch baking pan with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray

Fresh Orange Cake

Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Glaze:
- Flour for dusting the pan
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix with pudding ...(or without pudding)
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (from about 5 medium oranges) or from the carton (I prefer the fresh juice)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice (from about 1 medium orange)
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated orange zest (from about 1 medium orange)
Baked Ziti Pasta *(GOOD)*

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside
- 12 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta (I used the penne noodles)
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef (96/4)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 (18-ounce) jar cherry preserves
- 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, undrained and chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from can
- 2 (16-ounce) packages cocktail-size smoked sausages
Balsamic Pot Roast

Put meat and vegetables into slow cooker
- 4 lb (approx) chuck roast
- 2 sweet onions chopped
- 5 carrots chopped into chunks
- 2 cups of beef broth (I used Better then Bouillon)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (no substitutions!)
- 1 T soy sauce
- Pinch pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- Zest of a small orange
Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake

All above ingredients should be at room temperature before your begin
- 1/4 C. Finely Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 C. Finely Chopped Almonds
- 1/4 C. Finely Chopped Walnuts
- 3/4 C. Finely Chopped Vanilla Wafers
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 9 ″ Springpan (coat lightly with butter)
- Mix all nuts and vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and press in the buttered spring pan, trying to line the sides as much as possible about 1 1/2″ up the sides of the pan, set aside.
- Filling
- 1 1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/3 C. Sugar
- 5 Large Eggs
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Tint vanilla frosting pale yellow with the food color
- 24 vanilla cupcakes baked in white paper liners
- 1 (16-ounce) can vanilla frosting
- Yellow food color
- 3-1/2 About 3-1/2 cups small jelly beans in assorted yellow, cream and white colors (such as Jelly Belly)
- 4 pieces yellow fruit chews (such as Laffy Taffy, Starburst)
- 1 tablespoon each black and white decorating sugars (see Note)

Heat oven to 375°F. Place foil baking cup in each of 18 regular-size muffin cups
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup Progresso® panko bread crumbs
- 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup lager beer, such as a Boston lager
- 1 cup shredded American cheese (4 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Slices of cooked beer bratwurst or popcorn, if desired
