Turtle Thumbprint Cookies

Beat butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds
- 1 egg, divided
- 1/2 c butter, room temperature
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 Tbls milk
- 1 Tbls vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16 caramels
- 3 Tbls heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 tsp shortening
- 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
PRESSURE COOKER SHORT RIBS

1. Gather all the ingredients
- 1 inch ginger (1" = 2.5 cm)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 inch daikon radish (3" )
- 1 carrot
- 1 green onion/scallion
- 1¾ lb boneless short ribs

- salt (kosher or sea salt)
- Freshly ground black
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Karen's Chocolate Rolled Cookies

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and blend
- 1 cup (2 sticks) slightly softened, unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

1) Combine beer, ketchup, brown sugar and bbq sauce; pour into cooker 2) Add dogs and sausages; mix well 3) Cover
- 1 (12 oz )can beer
- 1 c ketchup
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 3/4 c bbq sauce
- 1 lb all beef hot dogs, sliced 1.5" thick
- 2 lbs cocktail sausages
Homemade Peanut Butter Cups #2

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, butter, confectioners' sugar and salt until smooth; set aside
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
- 4-1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), coarsely chopped
- Colored sprinkles, optional
Hamburger Steak with Gravy

Mix bread cubes with milk or water until bread is softened
- Gravy:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (I actually found that 83/17, while more fatty, makes it a little less tough)
- 1 slice bread, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. milk or water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. flour mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
- salt & pepper to taste (though the broth gives it TONS of salt...you may want to consider leaving out the salt)
Cheesy Margherita Pizza

1 Separate or cut dough into 2 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal)
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
- 3 medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil strips

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) double chocolate chunk cookie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- Chocolate-Rum Glaze
- 4 squares (1 ounce each) white or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
