Stovetop Italian Macaroni

In Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Combine dressing, soy sauce, sugar, mustard, salt, and ginger in a large bowl until well combined

- 5 oz Soy Sauce
- 1 × 16 oz bottle Catalina Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Dried Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Ginger

- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Tiny dash red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste
- 8 to 10 spinach leaves
- 2 (5-ounce) skinned salmon fillets
