Annie Lou's Chocolate Tarts

Place a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 425 degrees
- 10 to 12 (3-inch) frozen unbaked pastry tart shells or 1 (9-inch) frozen unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup plus 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1 to 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Sausage Dinner

In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion, and green pepper
- 1 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 pound narrow or medium egg noodles
Loaded Nachos

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and half the onion
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 can (14-5 Ounce) Pinto Beans, Chili Beans, Or Ranch Style Beans
- 1/2 cup Hot Water
- Tortilla Chips
- 1-1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 6 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced Finely
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
- Juice Of 1 Lime
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 whole Avocado (pitted And Diced)
- Sour Cream (optional)
Puerto Rican Pinto Beans #3

Fry onions and minced garlic in olive oil
- 1 small uncooked, onion
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
- 16 oz canned pinto beans
- 1/2 cup water, 1/2 of can
OVEN BAKED PARMESAN POTATOES

Place potato cubes in bag
- In large plastic bag put the following:
- 4-5 med. potatoes, peeled (optional) & cubed (1") wash & drain
- 2-3 tablespoon Rice flour
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper, if desired

- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar (for dipping)

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 3 cups sliced onions
- 2 tablespoons 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 8 submarine buns
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
