Chocolate Lava Mug Cakes

Place 2 chocolate squares each in bottom of 2 microwave-safe mugs
- 4 foil-wrapped milk chocolate squares, unwrapped
- 5 seconds Reddi-wip Chocolate Dairy Whipped Topping (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original
- 1/2 cup dry chocolate fudge brownie mix
Mac and Cheese

1. Place the butter in a small microwave-safe glass bowl
- 1/4 stick (2 Tbsp.) butter
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 qt. milk

Pumpkin Pecan Sundaes Recipe

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and spices
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Portuguese Bean Soup

Cover ham hocks onions and bay leaf with water and let it cook for 2 hours

- 1-2 About 1-2 cups of leftover ham from Christmas
- Onions to your taste (usually 1-2)

30-Minute Beef Stew

1 Heat nonstick Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat
- 3/4 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Teriyaki Chicken Pineapple Dish

Homemade Krispy Kremes

In a large measuring jug, combine the milk and boiling water
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp dry active yeast
- 8 oz all purpose flour (a little under 2 cups - I recommend you measure and weigh. See my note above)
- 1 1/2 oz sugar (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 egg
- 1 oz butter, cold to room temperature (just don't melt it, okay?)
- dash of salt
- Enough oil to cover the bottom few inches of a wok, or a deep fryer.
