Braised brisket in about an hour, with this Pressure-cooker Brisket in a Pinch dinner anything is possible
- 1 (1.5 to 2-pounds) brisket
- 3 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning
Homemade Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Big-Batch Strawberry Shortcakes

1 In 8-quart bowl, mix strawberries with 3 3/4 cups sugar; set aside
- 30 cups (7 1/2 quarts) sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 box (5 lb) Original Bisquick® mix (18 2/3 cups)
- 5 cups milk
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
- 7 1/2 containers (8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Cookies 'n' Cream Loaf

Line 9x5" loaf pan with plastic wrap
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
- 32 chocolate chip cookies
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Teriyaki Spam Musubi

Mix all sauce ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved
- Teriyaki Sauce:
- 5 cups of cooked rice
- 1 can of Spam, sliced in 8 pieces

Snowdrop Cookies

In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, eggs and oil; beat until well blended
- 1 18-1/2 oz. pkg. yellow or white cake mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 t. orange extract
- 1 c. sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Butter Ranch Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Ritz crackers or similar butter crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp The Pantry Club Garden Ranch Gourmet Dip Mix

- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cube (1/2 c.) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 cups chopped mangoes
Crockpot Lasagna

In large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until brown
- 1 pound lean ground beef + 1/2 -1 lb of Italian sausage, or just bulk sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (I use Italian seasonings)
- 1 (12 ounce) package lasagna noodles
- 12 ounces cottage cheese (I use ricotta cheese)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
