8 Ways to Use Yogurt

5 Add yogurt to my tuna salad
- 1 Make an easy and tasty guacamole by mashing an avocado with plain yogurt. I add Rotel diced tomatoes and green chile, to taste. Mix well.
- 2 Make an iced latte with vanilla flavored yogurt, strong coffee, ice, and sugar or sweetener. Place the ingredients in a blender, and blend until the desired consistency.
- 3 Make a potato topper with plain Greek yogurt, chives, and green onion.
- 4 If you need buttermilk for a recipe, combine 2/3 cup of plain yogurt and 1/3 cup of milk. Mix well. Let stand 5 minutes before adding to your recipe.

- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 ounce can butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cooked white rice

- 2 cups of beef or chicken broth (I typically use homemade)
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt & pepper, to taste (this will vary based on whether you use homemade stock & onion soup mix)
