Red Potato Salad #2

Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water
- 5 med. red potatoes ( About 1-1/2 lbs.)
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 2 hard-cooked eggs -- chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dill weed)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
FAJITA STEW

Trim excess fat from beef and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 1/2 lb. boneless beef top round steak
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1 oz. envelope fajita seasoning mix
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/4 C. water
- 4 C. hot cooked rice
