Cheesy Chicken-Pasta Stew

Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or butter
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen pasta, broccoli and carrots in creamy Cheddar sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions

Wash pork shoulder. In mixing bowl combine rest of ingredients
- 1 -6 pound pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp. Goya Adobo with Pepper
- 7 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper

- 1/2 cup. Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp. White Wine Vinegar

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter (or margarine)

In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef, red pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 2/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-3/4 cups chopped seeded tomatoes, divided
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 medium green peppers
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 grape tomatoes, halved, optional

- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 package (1.4 ounces) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
