- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 1 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh or 1 teaspoon (about 1/3 palmful) dried marjoram or oregano
- Juice of 1 lime

- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups Kraft marshmallows
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 sticks butter (softened)
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- ¾ Cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ Cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Picadillo-Relleno Basico (GOOD)

In a deep pot, brown the ground meat
- Optional:
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 oz. chopped cooking ham
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6-8 chopped olives
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1 envelope of sazon
- 1 (8 oz). can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. sofrito
- 8-10 chopped prunes
- 2 tsp. raisins
Chocolate Mousse Tarts

In large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk together until thickened and smooth
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 6 single-serving graham cracker tart shells
- Shaved chocolate for garnish (see Note)
Strawberry Kool-Aid Pie

- 1 (8 ounce) tub of Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 (14 ounce) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 pack of unsweetened Strawberry or Lemonade Kool-Aid
- 1 (9 inch) Graham Cracker or Nilla Wafer Pie Crust
Whipped Sweet Potato Bake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat potatoes, butter and spices with mixer until well blended
- 3 (15 ounce ) cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Ham & Noodle Bake

- 5-2/3 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cubed Heavenly Citrus Ham
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (6 ounces) French-fried onions, divided
Wendy's Chili

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 29-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 29-ounce can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 29-ounce can pinto beans with liquid
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 green chiles, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- medium tomatoes, chopped
- tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups water
