Jan’s Prize-Winning Chili

Brown beef, onion and garlic in a deep skillet over medium heat; drain
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 29-oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 2 1-1/4 oz. pkgs. chili seasoning mix
- 7-oz. can diced green chiles
- 16-oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 16-oz. can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- Garnish: shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, minced onion
Vanilla-Ginger-Pear Crumble

Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, mix pear mixture ingredients until evenly coated
- 6 medium slightly ripe, firm Bartlett pears (about 2 3/4 lb), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices (about 6 cups)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 12 vanilla wafer cookies, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
Picadillo (Spiced Ground Meat) GOOD

Season meat with Adobo and set aside
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp. Goya Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup Goya Sofrito
- 1/2 cup Goya Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp.Golden Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp.Cider Vinegar
- 2 packets Sazón with Coriander and Annatto
- 1/8 tsp.Ground Cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup diced Pimientos
- 1/4 cup sliced Pitted Spanish Olives

- 1 puff pastry shell for each person
- Lemon pudding
- Blackberry jam or preserves

1 Heat oven to 350°. Place foil baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups
- CUPCAKES:
- 24 foil baking cups
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 (19.5 oz.) box Fudge Brownie Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- FROSTING AND GARNISH:
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Unsalted or Salted Butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
- 12 small strawberries (optional), halved
Jalapeno Shish Kabob

Using a stick or skewer put a piece of chicken, onion and pepper and repeat until stick is filled
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 cored bell peppers,cut into small squares
- 1 onion, cut into small squares
- Season chicken with Pantry Club Gourmet Jalapeno Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken and Spaghetti Casserole

Place chicken and 4 quarts of water in stockpot
- 1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 small onion
- Dash of salt
- 1 heaping tsp chicken base
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Creamy Crockpot Hot Cocoa {Best Ever!}

Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a crockpot
- 1.5 cups whipping cream
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups of chocolate chips (milk chocolate OR semi-sweet depending on how sweet you like it. I have a heck of a sweet tooth, and I love the milk chocolate, but others prefer the semi-sweet)
