Bunny’s Whipped Cream Cheese Icing

Whip cream cheese, butter, & veg
- 1/2 c. "Crisco" Brand Vegetable Shortening (I preferred High Ratio Shortening instead of Crisco)
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 2 tbsp cake flour
- 1/2 tsp popcorn salt
- 1/2 tsp almond
- half pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 pounds + 4 cups powdered sugar
Spicy Tomato Shrimp Fettuccine

Cook fettuccine according to package directions
- 9 ounces uncooked whole wheat fettuccine
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar or process American cheese (8 ounces)
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix

- 2 eggs
