Cook fettuccine according to package directions
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, stir cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 package (7 or 8 oz) almond paste (not marzipan)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped dried apricots (6 oz)
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 5 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons King Arthur Cake Enhancer, optional
- 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon water

- 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup cocoa or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (approximately 1 lb.)
- 3-4 tablespoons milk

- 2 (5-6 oz ) Bone-in Pork Chops
- 6 oz sliced mushrooms (I used button white)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced into half circles (or about 1 cup onion)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
