Slow-Cooker Macaroni & Cheese

In a bowl, combine macaroni and oil; toss to coat
- 8-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 T. oil
- 12-oz. can evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. pasteurized process cheese spread, shredded
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 T. dried, minced onion
Cinnamon Pecan Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Beef and Broccoli #2

1.Heat the oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into thin strips
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Chicken Avocado Melt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, flattened
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 firm, ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 8 slices
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream, divided
- 1/4 cup sliced scallion tops
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Strawberry Margarita Cake

- 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or lightly spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. Add enough water to drink mix to measure 1 1/4 cups.
- 2 In large bowl, beat cake mix, drink mix, oil and egg whites with electric mixer on low speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake and cool and directed on box for 13x9-inch pan.
- 3 Gently stir lime peel into whipped topping; spread over top of cake. Garnish with strawberries. Store covered in refrigerator.

- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 box (15.2 oz) cinnamon streusel muffin mix
- Milk, oil and eggs called for on muffin mix box
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal
One-Pot Spicy Black Bean Chili

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 (16-oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 1 (14 1/2-oz.) can tomatoes with chiles
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 (7-oz.) can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Optional: salsa, fresh cilantro sprigs
Great Chili

Put all ingredients in crockpot
- 1 # hamburger
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cans beans not drained
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes 28 oz. size or (1 can 14.5 oz. tomato sauce)
- 1 can of water
- salt/pepper
- Garlic powder or 2-5 garlic cloves
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. Old Bay

- 2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
- 6 Hawaiian chili peppers (seeded and chopped) *can be substituted with another type of hot pepper like jalapeno*
- 1 bay leaf (crushed)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
