1. Combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa in a medium saucepan

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef, 85/15
- 1 × 16 oz. can Kidney Beans, drained, rinsed
- 3/4 cup (16 Oz.) Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 10 10" Wheat or Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Tomatoes
Sausage and Bean Soup

In a large heavy pan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, onions and garlic until sausage has started to brown
- 5 Italian sausage links
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 5 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 15 ounces can diced tomatoes
- 32 ounces chicken stock or broth (I prefer stock)
- 2 (15 ounce) cans white kidney beans (I used Bush’s White Beans)
- 4 cup fresh baby spinach (1 bag)
- Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala

Spray 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 jars (6 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sweet Marsala wine or chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Red Lobster Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

- 4 (5-6 oz) Tilapia Fillets
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 lb. Linguini, cooked
- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (Japanese style breadcrumbs that are usually found in the ethnic items section of your supermarket)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried
- 10 oz Prepared Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce
- Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Chablis or Chardonnay Wine, optional
- 1/4 cup Half and Half
