Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Cake

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips and beat well to combine
- 1 pkg. two layer chocolate cake mix
- 3 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
Texas Sheet Cake #8

Cake: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Cake:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 16 ounce box confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

- A good chicken (or other poultry)
- 4 lbs (2 kg) of mixed root vegetables (turnips, carrots, beets, parsnips, radishes, artichokes…)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Few sprigs of thyme
- Salt and pepper
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Combine the water, sugar, yeast, and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix with the dough hook until combined
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 6 tablespoons (3 oz) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- 3 quarts water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 whole egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon cold water (egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon
BBQ PULLED PORK

• Place all ingredients into Microwave Pressure Cooker
- 2 pounds center cut boneless pork loin
- 1 medium onion, julienned
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
Easy Foccacia

- 1 package (8oz.) refrigerated garlic bread sticks
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Marshmallow Coconut Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 pan with baking spray
- 1 boxed white cake mix (prepare w/all ingredients as listed, except use cream of coconut instead of water) and add 1 small box cream of coconut pudding mix. Mix all ingredients together.

- 12 Firm Ripe Apples, cortland or gala or red delicious
- 16 oz Caramels, unwrapped
- 1 1/2 cupsChopped Cashews or Pecans
- 6 oz Chocolate Candy Coating, preferably dark chocolate), cut into pieces
- 4 oz White Confectionery Coating, cut into pieces
Double Chocolate Kahlua Cake

- 1 package (18.25 ounces) plain devil's food cake mix
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup Kahlua
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- Fluffy Chocolate Kahlua Frosting:
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
