In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. sweetened dried cherries, chopped
Mashed-Potato-Stuffed Chicken
