Layer ingredients in bread maker
- Small (1 pound loaf):

- 2/3 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoon cola
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- Large ( 2 pound loaf):
- 1 1/8 cups cola
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
Best Cookies Ever

Mix together flour and baking soda; set aside
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. long-cooking oats, uncooked
- 10 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped and quartered
- 1.55-oz. milk chocolate candy bar, grated
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. toffee baking bits
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Applebee's Baby Back Ribs

1. Put ribs in a large pot with water to cover
- 3 racks of Baby-Back Pork Ribs, each rack cut in half (about one pound each)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Raisin Bread French Toast

Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle to medium heat
- 3 eggs
- 3 T. milk
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- 6 to 8 slices Sun-Maid
- Cinnamon Swirl Raisin
- Bread
- Optional: 1 T. butter
Nacho Grande Casserole

Brown beef and onion in large kettle over medium-high heat
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cans Spicy Chili Beans, 16 ounces each
- 16 oz pkg Frozen Corn Kernels, thawed
- 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/4 oz pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3 cups Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, divided
- 3 cups Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, crushed and divided
- Chopped Tomatoes & Green Onions, for garnish, optional

- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 6 medium potatoes
Spicy Black Bean Soup

Coat bottom of a large stockpot with cooking spray
- 1 spray cooking spray
- 1 medium uncooked onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
- 45 oz canned black beans, undrained, divided (three 15 oz cans)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 14 1/2 oz fat free chicken broth, or vegetable broth
- 10 oz canned tomatoes with green chilis
- 11 oz canned yellow corn, drained
Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler

1. Preheat oven to 400. Spoon filling into an 8 or 9 square pan
- 1 can (21 oz.) Peach or Apple Fruit Filling or Topping
- 1 cup biscuit (baking) mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Great Chili

Mix all ingredients in crockpot
- 1 # hamburger, browned
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cans beans not drained
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes 28 oz. size or (1 can 14.5 oz. tomato sauce) and 1 can of water
- salt/pepper
- Garlic powder or 2-5 garlic cloves
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. Old Bay Seasoning
Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, mix chicken, pasta sauce and vegetables
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 jar (16 oz) Cheddar cheese pasta sauce
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed, drained
- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup firm butter or margarine
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
