Mini Apple Pies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out dough and use rolling pin to flatten and enlarge dough
- 1 1 1 pkg (8 oz) seamless crescent dough
- 1 1 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling
- 2 2 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Turkey Enchiladas #2 *(GOOD)*

1.Stir soup and sour cream in small bowl
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 can (about 4 ounces) chopped green chiles
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
Festive Olive Dip

In medium bowl, using whisk, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth
- 1 jar (6.75 oz.) Manzanilla Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos, drained and finely chopped (about 3 cups)
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. GOYA® Sazonador Total
- 2 tbsp.finely chopped chives, divided
Cream Cheese Pound Cake #3

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups cake flour, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bean & Chile Burgers

Mash beans in a large bowl; add corn, chiles, rice, cornmeal, onion powder and garlic powder
- 16-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 11-oz. can corn, drained
- 4-oz. can green chiles
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 2 T. oil
- 4 sandwich buns, split
- Optional: salsa
Easy Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

In the insert of the crockpot, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic
- For serving:
- 2 lbs sirloin steak oboneless beef chuck roast, sliced thin
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- White rice, cooked

Key limes are golf-ball size citrus fruits with thin skins and plenty of juice
- 1 recipe Baked Pastry Tart Shell
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 14-ounce can (11/4 cups) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
- 1/2 cup lime juice (10 to 12 Key limes or 4 to 6 Persian limes) or bottled Key lime juice
- Few drops green food coloring (optional)
- Sweetened Whipped Cream
Apple Streusel Muffins #2

One Greased 12-1/2 c muffin pan or two 6 1/2 c muffin pans
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp cold butter
- Muffin batter:
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp ground hazelnuts, optional
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 extra large eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 c apples - finely chopped
Easy Bread Stuffing

1 For optimal food safety and even doneness, the USDA recommends cooking stuffing separately
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 large stalks celery (with leaves) chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 bag (12 oz) herb seasoned stuffing
- 2 cups chicken broth
Lucky Charms Cupcake

Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, mix together crushed Lucky Charms and melted butter
- Cake:
- 2 cups crushed Lucky Charms (I used my mini food processor to crush them.)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup homemade corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons cake flour, not self-rising
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons full-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Lucky Charms
- Corn syrup buttercream frosting (double all frosting ingredients if you like really big frosting swirls):
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons homemade corn syrup
- Lucky Charms marshmallows for topping the cupcakes
