Combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic
- Glaze:
- 1 (2 pound) boneless pork tenderloin (or regular pork loin)
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Broccoli Cheese Soup

Melt butter in a large sauce pan or kettle over medium heat
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 10 ounce packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 10 ounce cans chunk chicken, drained
- 1 2 pound loaf processed cheese, cubed
- 1 16 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 cups milk (low-fat okay)

Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F for indirect smoking
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 medium red onion grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Jack Daniels whiskey
- 1 Tablespoon homemade steak rub (recipe follows) or your favorite steak rub
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 oz pepper jack cheese cut into strips
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
- 1 Tablespoon homemade steak rub
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
Corn, Cilantro And Black Bean Soup

Heat olive oil in a saucepan
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped (1 cup)
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro rinsed
- 1 package frozen corn kernels - (10 oz) thawed
- 1 can black beans - (15 oz) rinsed, drained
- 1 tablespoon lime juice - (to 2)
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream, regular or low fat - (optional)
- 2 tablespoons pimento cut thin strips

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 3/4 cup unblanched whole almonds, coarsely chopped, toasted
