Slow Cookin' Chicken

Place chicken pieces in large pot
- 1 (4 to 5-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup water
Chicken Taco Pizza

- 1 package (10 oz) prebaked thin Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheese blend (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips
