- 16 ounces flour
- 2 level tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 ounces butter or margarine cut into chunks
- 4 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces sultanas (golden raisins)
- 8 fluid ounces milk.
- Topping: 1 small egg beaten.
Kay's Lasagne

Lightly brown beef and onion in oil
- Lasagne Noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 1b tomatoes
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Blondies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, plus more for buttering the pan
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light brown muscovado sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown muscovado sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons toffee chips
Sweet Onion Crack Dip

Mix all together and put in an oven safe dish

- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. diced sweet onion

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 8 tablespoons vegetable shortening (chilled and cut in 1/2-inch pieces)
- 12 tablespoons butter (chilled and cut in 1/4- inch pieces)
- 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
Dijon Chicken Breasts

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Roasted Asparagus and Carrots with Crispy Serrano Ham

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 lb. asparagus, cut into 3” pieces
- 1 bunch scallions, cut into 3” pieces
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 oz. Serrano ham (4 slices), cut crosswise into 1/4” strips
Strawberry Cream Pie

Cover bottom of pie shell with nuts if desired; set aside
- FILLING:
- 1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, optional
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- Whipped cream, optional
