Slow Cooker Spaghetti Chicken

Put mushroom soup, chicken soup, tomatoes with green chile peppers and cheese in slow cooker over medium heat
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
- 8 ounces processed cheese food, cut up
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, poached and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked and drained
Crowd Pleasing Roast

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 (4- to 5-pound) beef eye of the round roast
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/3 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Chocolate Chunk Blondies

- 1 box French vanilla or golden vanilla cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks (from 11.5-oz bag)
- 1/3 cup Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
Slow-Cooker Pot Roast

MIX first 3 ingredients. PLACE meat in slow cooker
- 1/2 cup A1 Original Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package (0.9 oz.) onion-mushroom soup mix
- 1 boneless beef chuck eye roast (2-1/2 lb.)
- 1 pound baby red potatoes
- 1 pkg. (1 pound) baby carrots
- 1 onion, thickly sliced
Millionaire Brownies

Stir dry cake mix, 2/3 cup evaporated milk and butter until moistened
- 1 (18-1/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 c. evaporated milk, divided
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 (14-oz.) pkg. caramels, unwrapped
- 1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 c. chopped pecans
Gulf of Mexico Shrimp Scampi

Rinse and drain the shrimp well
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails left on
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Tex-Mex Spiral Potatoes

Slice the round bottoms off the potatoes so they sit flat
- 4 large Idaho potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup dry whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup low fat finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 chopped scallions

COOK AND STIR GROUND BEEF, ONION, AND BELL PEPPER UNTIL BEEF IS BROWNED
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 1/2 ONION..MINCED
- 1 BELL PEPPER..CHOPPED
- 1 BOX HAMBURGER HELPER (CHILI TOMATO)
- 5 CUPS WATER
- 1 TEASPOON CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 16 OZ. CAN DICED TOMATOES
- 2 CANS PINTO BEANS
- 2 CANS HOMINY (OPTIONAL)
- SHREDDED CHEESE
- CORN CHIPS
Sweet Hot Wings

- 5 pounds chicken wings (about 18)
- 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
- 2 cups hot sauce (see note)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
