Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 heaping cup chopped Oreos, divided
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Baby Back Ribs with Honey BBQ Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well over medium heat
- 1 rack of pork baby back spareribs

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder and Tabasco sauce
Impossibly Easy Pumpkin-Pecan Pie

1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk (from 12-oz can)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 8 pecan halves, if desired

- 2 teaspoons clear butter flavor

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled

- 2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed
