Turkey Mornay

Place Alfredo sauce in medium saucepan
- 16-oz jar four cheese Alfredo sauce or use your own
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 2-3 cups sliced cooked turkey or chicken
- 5 English muffins, split with fork and toasted
- 3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs torn fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped grape tomatoes
Honey Chicken and Corn Rafts

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Brush cookie sheet with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- 1 can refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 24 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag (11.8 oz) frozen honey roasted sweet corn
- 6 tablespoons cooked real bacon pieces (from 2.8 oz package)
- 1 cup baby arugula
Pork and Beans.

1. Soak beans for at least 2 hours in HOT water
- 2 cups dried beans, I used small red, large red and pinto beans
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3-4 Tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt/pepper

Malted Milk Cookies

In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons instant chocolate drink mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups malted milk balls, crushed
Cream Wafers

To make cookie: Combine butter, cream and flour thoroughly
- Cookie Dough:
- l cup butter
- l/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- granulated sugar
- Filling:
- l/4 cup soft butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- l teaspoon vanilla
- few drops red or green food coloring
Buttery Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Pineapple Lemon Cake

Prepare cake mix as directed, except substitute egg whites for eggs and applesauce for oil
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
- 6 egg whites
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
Pepperoni Pizza Dip

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over low heat
- 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 (8-ounce) cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (2-1/4-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained (optional)
Portofine Mold

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry gelatin
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 can (1 pound, 4 ounces) crushed pineapple, including liquid
- 1 can (1 pound) whole cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup port wine or cranberry juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
Papa John's Pizza Pizza Dipping Sauce

1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat
- 1 can (10 oz) tomato puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
