In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- FILLING:
- 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup warm milk (110° to 115°)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/3 cup instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 to 8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
- ICING:
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 bun equals 379 calories, 12 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 44 mg cholesterol, 201 mg sodium, 61 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 6 g protein.

Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, cream together sugar and butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients for Topping:
- 1 slice multigrain bread or whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1 pound (96%) extra lean ground beef, see shopping tip
- 1 (14oz) jar Ragu Pizza Sauce, Prego’s, Classico’s or your favorite (divided)
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
- 2/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese, I used Trader Joe’s brand or your favorite
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce (from the jar above)
- 1/2 cup light mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons steak sauce
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2/3 cup steak sauce
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Strawberry Almond Chocolate Tart

PREHEAT oven to 425° F. PLACE unfolded pastry on ungreased baking sheet
- Refrigerated pastry for 9-inch pie
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup (6 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
