LIPTON'S ONION ROASTED POTATOES

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
- 2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, cut into lg. chunks
- 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Danish Apple-Almond Cake

Heat oven to 325°. Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 3 medium baking apples, peeled, cut into eighths
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted if desired
Chicken Enchilada Foldovers

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 1 can refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1/2 cup shredded taco-seasoned cheese blend or Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

- 1 (3 to 4-pound) chicken, cut into 10 pieces
- Fine sea or kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Sofrito, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup alcaparrado or coarsely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch ground cloves
- 4 cups long-grain rice
- 5 cups homemade or store-bought reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 large bottled roasted red peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup olive oil

- 2 medium Spanish onions (about 12 ounces), cut into large chunks

Easy Oreo Truffles

1. Mix 3 cups of the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until well blended
- 1 package (1 pound 2 ounces) Oreo Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed, divided
- 1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 package (8 squares each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking chocolate, melted
Sesame Chicken and Noodles

1.In medium bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic-chili sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. Asian garlic-chili sauce
- 2 6-oz. pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
- 12 oz. dried udon noodles or whole-wheat spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 medium yellow, red and/or orange sweet peppers, cut in bite-size strips
- Fresh cilantro
Sweet and Sticky Korean Fried Chicken

- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar

- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 container (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream sherry wine
- 1 can (18 oz) creamy mushroom soup
- 6 slices Muenster cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
