For the strawberry cake: Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and set aside

- 3 cups cake flour

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crumb Boss Carrot Cake

In mixing bowl, combine sugars, eggs and vanilla extract
- 3/4 c granulated Sugar
- 3/4 c Light Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 T Van X
- 12 oz Browned Butter (heated in saucepan until lightly brown)
- 3/4 c Cake Flour
- 1 1/2 t Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 t Baking Soda
- 1 T Cinnamon
- 5 med Carrots Shredded
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 1/2 c Pineapple bits
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray
- 1 can pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
- 3/4 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (from 15-oz jar)
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
PB&J Breakfast Cookies

- 1/3 cup shortening
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 2/3 cups cake flour, sifted

- 4 to 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crispy Pecan-Chicken Casserole

Mix together all ingredients except chips and cheese
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 T. onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 c. celery, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 10-3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 c. potato chips, crushed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
My Favorite Vanilla Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350°. Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners
- 1 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup butter, room temperature, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
