- 1 package wonton skins, cut into 1/2-inch strips
Bacalaitos Frito (Codfish Fritters)

1. In a bowl put the flour, baking powder, pepper and parsley
- 1/2 lb dry salted codfish (rinse off salt then put in container with warm water for 1 hour)
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

- good shake of dried parsley
