Crazy Corn Dogs

Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle cornmeal on large cutting board
- 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 1 pkg (11.5 oz each) refrigerated cornbread twists
- 1 pkg (12 oz each) Beef Franks (7 franks)
- 2 tablespoons Concord grape jelly
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup

In a large bowl, combine popped popcorn and pretzels
- 1 bag butter-flavored popcorn, popped (12 cups), with unpopped kernels removed
- 1 cup mini pretzel twists
- 1 (11-ounce) package white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter Icing

1 Heat oven to 350°. Spray bottom only of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray
- Cake:
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons grated lime peel
Cheesy Spinach Dip

Mix all of the ingredients, except for the sour cream, in a large bowl
- 1/2 pound hot pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 1 pound Monterey jack cheese, cubed
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained well and chopped
- 2 ounces pimento peppers, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sautéed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Sour Cream

- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature..very important)

- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz of cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Strawberry Topping:
- 3 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 drops red food coloring
