Pour milk into a large metal bowl; place mixer beaters in the bowl
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pasta with Mushrooms

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and return to pot
- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh cheese-filled tortellini
- 6 tablespoon (3/4 stick) butter, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Portobello mushroom caps (about 6 ounces), sliced
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, divided (see Tip)

1. Trim fat from meat. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over all sides of meat; rub in with your fingers

- 1 chicken (3 1/2-4 lbs.), cut in pieces
