Brown ground beef in medium skillet over medium heat
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 16-ounce can chili beans, with liquid
- 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, with liquid
- 1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water (less if you prefer a thicker soup)
- 2 14.5-ounce cans peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chilies (more or less depending on your desire for heat)
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- corn chips
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- sour cream

Cook bacon in heavy skillet until fat is rendered
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cup water (more if necessary)
- 1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained

- 1/2 pound Cheddar or Monterey jack, shredded

1. Crush the graham crackers
- Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- Topping:
- 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar (omit if using sweetened, frozen berries)
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2-3 drops of red food coloring
- 1 cup of fresh or individually frozen berries, cleaned and hulled
- (use whole or if preferred, cut into smaller pieces)
One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

- 2 chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
