Taco Casserole

Brown beef and onion in skillet ,drain off any fat add seasoning mix according to package directions
- 1 (7oz.) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
- 1 lb lean or extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed according to directions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Shredded Lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos or any taco toppings you might like

Baked Crispy Chicken

In small bowl, combine egg, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and onion and celery salts
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 5 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 (3 to 4-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Instant mashed potato flakes for coating
Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients

Combine chicken, broth, potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and pasta in Dutch oven
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots, peeled & diced
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 8 ounces egg noodles or pasta
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1/4 t. dried parsley
- Pepper to taste
Cozy Beef Stew

In soup pot, heat oil over high heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 (15-ounce) cans mixed vegetables, undrained (see Notes)
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole potatoes, drained and quartered, with liquid reserved
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained and quartered, with liquid reserved
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed beef broth

- 4 leftover cooked hamburgers, crumbled
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
