Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 pounds chicken wings (about 8 to 10)
- 3 bulbs fresh garlic, separated into cloves and peeled

- 1 teaspoon salt

1.Heat gas grill to medium high, or prepare charcoal grill
- 1-1/2 tablespoons ground allspice
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped

- 1/8 teaspoons ground nutmeg
