Baked Rosemary Garlic Chicken

Preheat the oven to 350. Pull back the skins of the chicken thighs
- 8 chicken thighs, about 3 pounds ($3.09) Best sale is $.99/lb
- Drizzles of olive oil ($.05)
- Salt and pepper
- 8 garlic cloves, smashed ($.15)
- 1 large or 2 small rosemary sprigs ($.25) Or less if you have any on the garden!
- 1/2 lb linguini or spaghetti noodles ($.10)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ($.25)
- Garlic salt
- Peas, or other green veggies for side dish ($.67)
Glazed Apple Cream Pie

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup cream, and 1/4 cup butter
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (15-ounce) package pastry for double-crust pie
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Apricot Pork Roast

Place roast in a 3-qt. slow cooker
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (2 to 3 pounds)
- 1 jar (12 ounces) apricot preserves
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water

Heat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups salted mixed nuts or peanuts
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Honey-Soy Chicken Drumsticks *(GOOD)*

In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish (I forgot these in the picture!)
- 2 scallions, chopped, for garnish
Teriyaki Tuna and Soba Noodles

1. In a small bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce, vinegar, ginger, sugar and garlic
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 U.S. Pacific-caught tuna steaks, about 6 ounces each
- 6 ounces soba noodles
- 1/2 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed
- 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Additional teriyaki sauce for noodles, optional
Slow Cooker Low Country Boil

1 Spray 7-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 12 small red potatoes (1 1/4 lb)
- 10 cups water
- 1 can or bottle (12 oz) regular or nonalcoholic beer
- 4 to 5 tablespoons seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into quarters
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- 1 lb cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
- 6 Green Giant® Nibblers® frozen corn-on-the-cob, cut into 3-inch slices
- 2 lb uncooked large shrimp in shells, thawed if frozen
- Cocktail sauce, if desired
