Slow Cooker Marinara

Place the basil, pine nuts, onion, garlic and one can of crushed tomatoes in a food processor
- 2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes, with puree
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup onion, small chopped
- 3 Tbl. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano

K.C. MASTERPIECE ORIGINAL BBQ SAUCE RECIPE

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat and whisk until smooth
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 TBS molasses
- 3 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp hickory-flavored liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix (Copycat Hidden Valley)

Mix all of these ingredients together and store in a container with an airtight lid, like a Mason jar
- 1 cup dry buttermilk powder*
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry minced onion
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
Western Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 10 pounds chicken wings (thawed, if frozen)
- 2 cups mild barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Mother Lode Pretzels

With a sharp knife, cut pretzel rods in half; set aside
- 1 package (10 ounces) pretzel rods
- 1 package (14 ounces) caramels
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 1-1/4 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butterscotch chips
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate toffee bits
- 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts, toasted
Diva Q's Asian Inspired Sesame Pork Loin Skewers

In a medium size bowl whisk all of the marinade ingredients together
- 2 lb Pork Loin roast – cut into 1/4 inch thick strips 3 inches in length
- Wooden Skewers – soaked in water
- Marinade
- 3/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- Optional Garnish
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions chopped
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili

Spray 5 to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (from 12-oz jar)

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
