- 1/4 cup Sue Bee Honey
- 5 - to 7-pound precooked ham
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 6-oz. can orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 orange, sliced

- delicious!
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 med. onions
- 1 green pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt

- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 jar of stuffed green olives
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. canned tomatoes, broken up

Pasta Primavera

Cook the pasta according to package directions
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 Cups frozen bell pepper
- 2 Cups frozen french-cut green beans
- 3 Cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 Cups frozen petite peas
- 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup (3 oz) freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place the lobsters in the freezer to put them to sleep, approximately 20 mins
- 2 1 1/2 lb Lobsters (live)
- Aïoli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped scallions (white and green parts)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Honey Soy Baked Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large plastic zip-top storage bag
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves of garlic; minced (or substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 pounds (approximately) chicken thighs (or preferred chicken meat)
- salt and pepper to taste
Broiled, Marinated Shrimp

Clean and devein shrimp. Blend together oil, mustard, and soy sauce
- 1 lb. med. shrimp
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- Tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 8 wooden skewers
Minestrone Soup

Boil first 5 ingredients together for 20 minutes
- 1 lb hamburger (saute and drain)
- 1 Large can chicken broth (46 oz)
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 quart water (add to drained meat)
- 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup orzo macaroni
- 1/8 can tomato sauce
