- 1/2 Cup grated onion
- 7 Tbs Ketchup, divided
- 1 1/4 lb lean ground Turkey
- 3 cups shredded Broccoli Cole Slaw chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Stovetop Rice Pilaf

In heavy saucepan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 1/4 cups long grained white rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 3 3/4 cups chicken broth, heated to boiling point.
Portuguese Pot Roast

Wipe meat with a damp cloth and cut in large pieces
- 3 or 4 lbs of Top or Bottom of the Round Steak
- Several whole Allspices
- 1 large onion cut into rings
- 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 Tbs of vinegar
- 2 o3 tsp of sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
Breaded Pork Tenderloin

Instructions 1. Cut the tenderloin, and, using a kitchen mallet or meat tenderizer, flatten to ¼ inch thick
- 2 Pounds Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Cups Buttermilk
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 2 Sleeves Saltine Crackers
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Oil (to coat pan)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Crescent Pizza Pockets

- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (24 slices)
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Sirloin Roast

Brown roast in all sides in hot oil in a large Dutch Oven; remove and set aside
- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) boneless sirloin tip roast
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3 tbs ketchup
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup all-purpose, approximately
- 1/4 Cup water, approximately
Beef Standing Rib Roast
