Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe

Here are the simple preparation instructions for some delicious coleslaw
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 3/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
Meatballs

Combine the meats, egg, garlic, cheese, parsley and white bread
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb veal
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 slices bread (puled apart and toss with 2 Tbs water)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Crisco
Meatball Sandwich Casserole

To prepare: Preheat oven to 400
- You will need:
- ! bag of frozen meatballs (I use Mama Lucia Brand, personal preference)
- 1 jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce if there isn't any marinara on hand
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf of fresh Italian bread, sliced

Crisco Pan. Mix sauce, a little oregano and one Tbs oil
- 1/2 Cup luke warm water
- 2 packs yeast
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 shot glass oil
- 2 cups hot water
- 6 cups flour
- salt to taste
Hot Crab Meat Spread

Mix to blend and pour into greased 8 inch pan or baking dish
- 1 Package 8 oz cream cheese
- 7 1/2 oz can crab meat
- 2 Tbs minced onion
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 1 Tbs milk
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Taco Corn Bread Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning
- 2 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 pkg (8 1/2 oz each) corn bread/muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups corn chips
- 2 cups shredded mexican or cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
- shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, optional
Washington Pie with Chocolate Filling

Blend together crisco, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg
- 1/3 Cup crisco
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 Cups sifted cake flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 Cup milk
- Chocolate Filling
- 2 Tbs corn starch
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 square baking chocolate or 2 tsp cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
S'Mores Fondue

1. Heat milk in saucepan on medium-low (175 degrees) until just simmering
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 (12-ounce) bag of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups of marshmallow crème
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 red apples, sliced
- 3 green apples, sliced
Hot Crab Canapes

Whip cream and cheese together until smooth
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crab meat
- 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp minced chives
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- salted crackers or toast (can use english muffins)
Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Heat olive oil in large sauté over medium heat
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large green or red bell peppers, or a mixture of both, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, basil or a combination of both
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pounds Italian link sausage, mild or hot
- 8 medium crusty hoagie or steak sandwich rolls
