Mix everything together, adding just enough milk to hold ingredients together
- 6 cups of flour
- 6 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup Crisco
- milk to moisten
- 1 cup cugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Swiss Chicken Cutlets

1. Cut each cheese slice in half; place one half on top of each cutlet
- 2 thin slices Swiss cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 4 chicken cutlets (4 oz each), 1/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbs unsalted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Parsley for garnish
Garlic Steak and Potatoes Foil Packs

In a large bowl combine steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and seasonings and toss to combine
- 2-2 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces (see note)
- 1 pound baby yellow potatoes. quartered (or halved if they are already less than 1 inch in size, see note)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste (I use about 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- fresh thyme or parsley for topping (optional)

- 12 Slices Buttered Bread (Crust Removed)
- 3 Cups Cooked Chicken or Ham
- 1/2 Cup Celery Chopped Fine
- !/2 Cup Onion Chopped Fine
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Mushroom Soup (diluted)

- 6 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce (or a combination)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cored and cut into eighths
- 1/4 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup ham, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup pitted green olives, chopped
- For the dressing:
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cans (16 oz) Pinto Beans
- 2 lbs Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 can (15 oz) whole tomatoes, mashed and undrained
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 Pkg. (1.25 oz) original Taco Seasoning
- 1 Pkg. (10 oz) frozen corn
