Gnocchi Place mashed potatoes, eggs and salt in mixing bowl and mix throughly
- Gnocchi
- 2 1/2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Italian Sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 small cloves garlic
- 1/4 lb chopped pork
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste, diluted in 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/2 Tbs parley, minced
- 2 leaves fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste

1. In a 3 qt slow cooker, combine 2 Tbs salad dressing mix with 1/2 cup wing sauce until well blended
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, divided
- 1 Cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 4 boneless chicken breasts halves (6 oz each)

Cook pasta according to package directions
- Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina or 16 ounces Western salad dressing
All American Potato Salad

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, place in large sauce pan with cold water and cover by 1 inch
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs pickle juice
- 1 Tbs yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup dill pickles finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions Cook bacon in the bottom of the pressure cooker
- 1.5 pounds fresh green beans, end removed, snapped in half and washed
- 3-4 slices of bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 325F. Wash mushrooms and remove stems
- 12 - 15 large mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 2 oz diced pepperoni
- cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- cup finely crushed Ritz crackers, about 12 crackers
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- tspn seasoned salt
- tspn dried oregano

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (6-8 oz each) about 3/4 inches thick
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
