Instant Pot Southern Green Breans

INSTRUCTIONS Cut eight slices of raw bacon into 2-inch pieces
- 3 pounds of fresh green beans, (fresh is better, but you can use frozen green beans)
- 10 New potatoes, washed and cut into bite sizes (or small golden potatoes)
- Eight pieces bacon
- One small red onion, diced small
- One tablespoon minced garlic
- two cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- one teaspoon black pepper
- Two teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
General Tso's Chicken

Prep Pour the Sesame oil in the Instant Pot
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs, cubed
- 6 Tbs rice vinegar
- 6 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 4 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 green onion, chopped

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 rack pork spareribs
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt or smoked salt

- 1 can peas, drained, or 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 pounds spareribs
- 1 Tbs fat
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 1 Tbs brown sugar

Broccoli Stuffed Sole

Thaw fish, if frozen. For stuffing, drain broccoli, pressing out excess liquid
- 4 4 oz fresh or frozen skinless sole, flounder or other fish fillets (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 cup frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 8 oz container soft styled cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup herbed seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbs milk

- 2-15 1/2 oz jars Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 Jar water
- 1 package Jumbo Shells
- 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 lb Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 Tbs grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
