Jazzed Up Gravy

In a small saucepan, saute onion, thyme, and pepper in butter for 3 minutes
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) jar beef, pork, chicken or turkey gravy
- Dash pepper
Taco Dip

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread in a pan
- 12 oz. cream cheese (lite / fat free ok)
- 16 oz. sour cream (lite / fat free ok)
- 3/4 packet taco seasoning
- Shredded iceberg lettuce

Green Chile Chicken

In a pan coated with non-stick cooking spray, sear chicken breasts (for 3 min
- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast.
- 1 can of 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup.
- 1 1/2 cups of diced onion.
- 1 can of diced Ortega green chilis
Italian Tomato Salad

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove and discard the stems and seeds
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green onions
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
Cinnamon Cider

Heat all ingredients except oranges to boiling in Dutch oven; reduce heat
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp whole allspice
- 2 tsp whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 inches long
- 2 oranges, studded with cloves
Crockpot Greek Chicken with Couscous

Cut chicken into chunks or strips (whichever you prefer) and place into the bottom of your slow cooker
- 2 lbs. raw chicken, boneless and skinless
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 oz. package of couscous (if you can find a mix with toasted pine nuts, then that's even better)
- 1/2 c. pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 c. (4 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled
Bean Dip

Soften cream cheese in microwave (not too hot!)
- 1 pkg. Lawry's Taco Seasoning
- 2 cans of Frito (original flavor) Bean Dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- Monterey Jack / Cheddar cheese blend
- Tortilla chips
Ginger Dijon-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

- 1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 lbs pork loin
