Large Skillet, Medium Heat, Add Consomme & Meat Balls, Simmer 10-15 Minutes Until Cooked
- 20oz Bag Frozen Beef Meat Balls
- 1 Can Beef Consomme
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1/8 t Nutmeg
- 1/8 t Cinnamon
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 8 oz Egg Noodles Cooked Per Box
- Roux: 2T Butter & 1/2C Flour
Potato Chips in Microwave

Spray Microwave Sheet Safe for Bacon/Chips with Pam
- CHILI GARLIC SAUCE:
- Russet Potato Washed & Peeled. Slice Thin (1.3) on Mandoline
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 2 T Cholula Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
- 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 t Cayenne Pepper
Sausage Gravy -Barry's

- 1 # Neese's Sausage
- 1/4 C Flour
- 11/2-2 C Milk 2%
- Salt & Pepper
Greek Salad

Large Bowl, Add First Group & Dressing, Mix Well
- ADD Dressing & Refrigerate:
- 4 Roma Tomatoes Wedges
- 1 Cucumber Sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion Sliced Thin
- 3/4C Shredded Mozzarella
- 2C Genoa Salami Cubed
- 1/2C Ripe Olives Sliced
- Dressing: Mix in Small Bowl
- 1/2C EVOO
- 2t Red Wine Vinegar
- 1t Lemon Juice
- 1t Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- ADD After One Hour:
- 1/2C Feta Cheese Crumble
- Roasted Sunflower Seeds
- Shredded Lettuce
Ginger Mustard Sauce

- 1/4 C Dijon
- 3 T Brown Sugar
- 2 T Rice Vinegar
- 1 t Dry Mustard
- 1/3 C EVOO
- 1 T Fresh Ginger Grated
- 2 T Fresh Cilantro
- 1 T Fresh Parsley
Pimiento Cheese Spread

Group One: Mix all in Small Food Processor until Thick Soup
- Group One:
- 1/2 t Sugar
- 1/2 t Salt
- 10-15 Shakes of Texas Pete
- 1 Small Bunch Green Onions Diced. White Only
- 4 oz Jar Pimientos, Drained
- Group Two:
- 8 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Grated White Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2-3/4 C Mayonnaise
Veal Piccata
