- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sifted self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teas pure vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 can chocolate frosting
Pumpkin Crumble Pie

Preheat oven to 375. Mix pumpkin, eggs, condensed milk, and spices
- For Filling:
- 15 oz can pumpkin or 2 1/2 cups fresh pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 teas cinnamon

- 1/2 cup flour

- 2 8oz fat free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 tblsp horseradish
- 1/2 teas worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teas ground red pepper
- 1/4 teas hot sauce
- 1 tblsp finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 lb lump crabeat, shell pieces removed

1. Stir 2 cups lukewarm water ad yeast in large bowl to blend
- 2 cups lukewarm water (85-95)
- 1 tblsp active dry yeast
- 4 tblsp olive oil
