- FOR BROWNIES:
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup malted milk powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 oz milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 6 oz unsalted butter, cut into 1 inch cubes, plus more for the pan.

- For Cupcakes:
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1/2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas fine sea salt
- 1 1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- For Frosting:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, toom temp
- 1/8 teas fine sea salt

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp.

- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups fruit and nut granola
- 1 cup corn flakes

- 1/2 cup fine turbinado sugar
- 4 cups cubed watermelon flesh
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
