Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
- 2 - 2.5 lbs. boneless pork loin
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 16 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 cup water
Caesar Dressing

Blend all ingredients thoroughly
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Tilapia Parmesan Saute

1. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes; set aside
- 4 Tilapia fillets (4 to 6)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbls. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbls. butter
- 1 Tbls. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbls. olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F or 300 F in convection oven
- ***Crust***
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup gingersnaps, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ***Filling***
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup pecan halves

Saute onions, garlic, and spices in the fat you saved from your meatballs
- 16-8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 cans tomato paste
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 head of garlic, chopped
- 4 tsp basil
- 4 tsp oregano
- 4 tsp italian seasoning
- 4 tsp salt
- 8 bay leaves
- 3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 can of parmesan/romano cheese
- saved fat from batch of meatballs
Chewy Chocolate Cookies

1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well
- 1 3/4 c butter or margarine, softened
- 3 c sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 3/4 t salt
- 2 bags Andes peppermint crunch chips
