Chocolate-Coffee Buttercream Frosting

- 16 ounces confectioner's sugar
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares
- 1/3 cup strong coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on medium-high heat until well-blended. Increase speed to high and beat until smooth and fluffy.
