Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
- 12 whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Rosemary (or Other Herbs Of Choice) To Taste
Cinnamon Apple Pie Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (not packed)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped (I used Granny Smith)
Apple Enchiladas

Spoon about one heaping quarter cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla
- Cherries or peaches can be substituted for apples.
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water

- 8 slices soft white bread, crusts removed
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 8 very thin slices, fully cooked ham

- 1 (12 fl. oz.) canPET® Evaporated Milk

Philly Cheese Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Several dashes salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees
- The sweet and sour sauce:
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- salt + pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbs ketchup
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Fried Rice 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!)
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Ham & Cheese Sticky Buns

Slice rolls in half (Like one big sandwich) and place bottoms in 9 x 13 pan
- 24 party-size potato rolls
- 1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 1 lb. sliced ham
- 1 cup butter
- 4 T. cup brown sugar
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. prepared mustard
- 2 T. poppy seeds
Sweet and Sour Chicken (Martha Stewart)

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 bell peppers (green, red, yellow, or a combination), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 scallions, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces, white and green parts separated
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Cooked white rice, for serving (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Ground Beef Hobo Stew

In the bottom of a Dutch oven or other heavy pot, heat the oil over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped mixed sweet and hot peppers
- 1/2 cup of celery
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups of beef stock or broth
- 3 (11.5 ounce) cans of original or spicy V-8, or tomato juice
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups of fresh diced carrots (about 2 large)
- 2 cups of corn
- 2 cups of cut green beans
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Couple dashes of hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste, optional
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper, or to taste
