Sunny Lemon Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350º F
- 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs, divided
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
COOKIES AND CREAM

Cream together cream cheese, butter & powered sugar & vanilla
- 1 bag Oreos, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 2 sm boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Peanut Butter Cookies

Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter and egg in large bowl
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (Jiff crunchy)
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Gloria's Refrigerator Rolls

Scald 2 c. milk. Dissolve yeast in ½ c
- 2 c. scalded milk (480 g.)
- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water (116 g.)
- 1/2 c. shortening cut up
- 3/4 c. sugar (150 g.)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 t. salt
- 8 1/2 c. flour (565 g.)
Toasted Pecan Toffee

Cover a baking sheet with wax paper; set aside
- 1 c. butter, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 T. corn syrup
- 3 T. water
- 2 c. well-chopped pecans, toasted (divided)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) chocolate, cut in chunks - milk, semi, (your choice)
White Bread

In bread making machine: add wet ingredients first, dry ingredients second, & yeast last
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 eggs
- 2 1/2 T. Butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 t. Salt
- 3 c. white bread flour
- 2 1/2 t. Yeast
Anadama Bread

Sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 2 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 cups cornmeal
- 4 cups wheat flour
- 3 cups white flour

- red chili flakes to taste

- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thymeshopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 whole bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
